We believe that the best teachers of Yoga
are practicing yogis themselves. Therefore, included in Vastu’s Anahata Yoga Teacher Training program is unlimited access to all of Vastu’s scheduled yoga classes allowing trainees to fully immerse themselves in the practice and study of Yoga—with all of our teachers.
